Terms of Service
Last updated: 21 August 2026
These Terms govern your use of top3.lol, operated by Sebastian Theo (an individual) trading as top3.lol. Contact: olbiapro@gmail.com. By using the site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. The service
top3.lol is a public directory. You may list a website or an X (Twitter) profile and, if you choose, pay for visibility on a competitive leaderboard. We are not a broker, escrow provider, advertising network that guarantees traffic, investment platform, or party to any sale of a business listed on the marketplace.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the right to list the URL or handle you submit. You must not impersonate another person or product.
3. Accounts
You sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or remove accounts or listings that breach these Terms, appear fraudulent, or harm other users.
4. Listings
- Listings must represent a real website or a real X handle you are authorised to promote.
- Website listings display the URL as the name. Handle listings display @handle and link to x.com.
- Handle listings are not offered for sale and do not use Stripe MRR verification.
- You must not post illegal content, malware, spam, or misleading claims (including fake revenue).
5. Bidding and payments
- New bids start at US$2, in whole-dollar increments.
- A re-bid charges only the difference between your new target and your current paid bid.
- Rank is determined by paid bid amount. Equal bids keep the earlier placement. Rank is competitive and not guaranteed or permanent. Others may outbid you at any time.
- Payment buys directory placement on top3.lol. It does not buy a minimum number of clicks, leads, sales, or third-party advertising.
- The digital service is performed when your paid bid is applied to the leaderboard. Bid fees are non-refundable, except where we are required by law to refund you.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Tax and merchant-of-record treatment may follow Stripe Managed Payments and your receipt.
6. MRR verification
Connecting a Stripe restricted read-only key is optional. We use it only to sync aggregate metrics (such as MRR). We do not intend to access your customers' personal data through that key. You may stop using verification by removing the connection where we provide that option, or by contacting us.
7. Marketplace
"For sale" listings are informational. Buyers contact sellers through the form or listed email. We do not provide due diligence, escrow, or payment for acquisitions. Any deal is solely between buyer and seller. We are not liable for the outcome of off-platform negotiations or transfers.
8. Acceptable use
You must not manipulate clicks, bid through stolen cards, scrape the service in a way that harms it, or use the site for fraud. We may remove listings and withhold further service without refund where you breach this section.
9. Intellectual property
You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host and display your listing content, including logos you upload or that we fetch from your site or profile, for operating the directory. You keep ownership of your content. top3.lol and our branding remain ours.
10. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is". We do not warrant that rank, traffic, revenue figures, or uptime will meet your expectations. Verified MRR depends on data from your Stripe account and may be incomplete or delayed.
11. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of these Terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us for bids in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under English law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
12. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may remove listings or close accounts for breach or operational reasons. Bid fees already applied are not refunded on termination for cause, except where the law requires otherwise.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date will change. Continued use after a material change means you accept the new Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you may have as a consumer in your country of residence.
